Clemons, Ray – age 88, of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2012, at his home surrounded by loved ones. Ray was a member of the Knoxville Christian Center. He was a WWII veteran and an avid golfer. Ray was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Cecil and William. He is survived by his wife, Betty Clemons; son, William Ray Clemons and wife, Billie; grandchildren, Papaw's Girl "Stacey" Jordan and husband Matt, Amy Suchoski and husband Jim, Aaron Clemons, Dusty, Billy Ray; 13 great grandchildren; nieces, Judy, Kay, Barsha, Pam, Donna; nephews, Noble, Walter. Family and friends will gather on Monday at 11:45 pm at Edgewood Cemetery for an 12:00 pm Graveside Service with Pastor Barry Culberson officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3:00 – 5:00 pm at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel. Online condolences may be made at www.rosemortuary.com
