John Marshall Wallace, age 54, passed away peacefully on Thursday July 19, 2012.

He was born in Knoxville, TN, April 2, 1958, the son of Fred Elmo Wallace and Mary Sinclair Marshall. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary. He is survived by his father, Fred Elmo Wallace, brother David Lloyd Wallace, and sister-in-law Laurie, uncle Harvey Thomas Marshall Jr. and wife Carol, and cousins Robert Marshall, Barbara Marshall (Mrs. Martin Mueller) and Jennifer Marshall (Mrs. Dan Cooper).

Known as Waldo by old friends, John graduated Bearden High School in 1976.

On Wednesday, July 25, 2012 there will be a memorial service at 7:00 P.M., at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel with Rev. Dr. Bryan Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. prior to the memorial. Online condolences at www.rosemortuary.com
