Piatt, Jeanne A. Brown, age 70 of Knoxville formerly of Oak Ridge and Largo, Florida passed away April 22, 2012 at Tennova Residential Hospice. She was of the Lutheran affiliation, and a member of the Tennessee Artists Association. She is former Executive Director of the Oak Ridge Housing Authority and a former state of Florida Social Worker. Jeanne also worked as a model for the Home Shopping Network. Jeanne had a passion for painting, genealogy, theater, tea parties and her pets. She is preceded in death by her father Floyd Brown and her beloved dog Silky. She is survived by Daughters Shari (Rusty) West of Oak Ridge and Denise (Hugo) Forster of Seminole, Florida. Grandchildren Jessica (Andrew) Pullum, Brandon (Rachel) West, and Stephanie West of Oak Ridge, Lauren, Jensen and Erica Forster of Seminole, Fl. Great Grandchildren Eden and Ethan Hatmaker, Haleigh, Kyleigh, Landon and Jackson West of Oak Ridge, and mother Arlene Brown, and brother Larry Brown, and Uncle Mike Blier. Very special artist friends: Pat Hinkle, Diane Hinkle, Diana Ferguson, Brenda Bogard, Sharon Gillenwater, Robin MacIntyre and Janet Weaver. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge of Nashville, TN, and Tennova Residential Hospice, and ASPCA. Family and friends will hold a memorial service Saturday at 2:00 p.m. with visitation to follow until 5:00 p.m. at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel.
